At Code Clothing, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

1. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Sale items or items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Items purchased as part of promotional offers (unless defective)

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@code-clothing.co.uk with the following details:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return (optional, but helpful for improving our service)

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a return address.

 

Shipping Returns

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend:

1. Returning the unwanted item for a refund.

2. Placing a new order for the desired item.

 

Defective or Wrong Items

 

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

1. Contact us at support@code-clothing.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide clear photos of the issue for faster processing.

3. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and send you a replacement.
